Shipping is FREE on orders of $200 and above
Standard shipping is just $6 per order plus 5% of the total.
Sorry, but we cannot ship to a post office box.

PLEASE NOTE: we can only ship to US confirmed addresses — e.g., the address on your credit card statement or another pre-authorized shipping address. For information on pre-authorizing another shipping address (such as your workplace) call the 800 customer service number on the back of your credit card. We, as well as many other online merchants, do this so as to reduce unauthorized and fraudulent use of credit cards.

We accept VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, and Discover cards, as well as PayPal.

Returns

Due to the fact that the majority of our products are consumable, we can only accept returns on unopened items, within 30-days of purchase.

On non-food items, please confirm you received the correct item before tearing open the package. Candidly, virtually the only item ever returned for replacement are the water filters, because the wrong one was ordered. Please read the information on your water filter housing before placing your order.

ALL returns need an authorization, and that authorization request needs to be sent here.

We retain the right to add up to a 15% surcharge to returns, though that is very uncommon. Returning a filter for the correct one, as an example, rarely gets a 5% return fee (which is why you don’t want to tear the packaging open before confirming you received the correct one). Return shipping charges are the buyers’ responsibility, unless the error was on our end.
