I was introduced to GNLD in 1981 (known then simply as Neo-Life), while taking my first daughter to infant swim lessons in the SF Bay area. After realizing the profound benefits of Formula IVs, I wanted to know everything about the company and products, and after that, I became a Distributor. My motivation was never to make a true business of it, but instead, to provide a service of spreading the word based of my own experiences, and a service focused on providing fast and fresh products to all, as if each order were going to my dear Mother. I truly believe that Neo-Life and GNLD products have had a huge impact on my life for the past 25 years.

As an example, other GNLD distributors, as I, can save quite a bit of money (i.e., increase our profit margins) by ordering case-loads in bulk. But forecasting those sales can be difficult, so doing that can easily result in old stock and aged supplements, especially if they are stored in hot garages, etc. From other distributors, you never really know how old the product is or how well it's been stored.

On the other hand, all orders placed with Neo-Life.com are drop-shipped directly from the GNLD warehouses — the exact same warehouses that ship those bulk orders to other distributors. So, what you receive with your Neo-Life.com order are the freshest products available ... it costs us quite a bit more to do it this way, but it's a commitment I've made to provide the highest service and best product.

On top of that, we are not only competitive, but many of our GNLD prices are set below the suggested retail prices that most distributors match. And since we do drop ship, we actually pay your states sales tax, since anything shipping directly from GNLD is charged the receiving state's sales tax ... those ordering bulk and shipping from out of state do not get charged tax from GNLD, nor should they charge it ... but do they?

The cost of shipping small orders is higher than we'd like to charge, but we have little control over it. If you can take advantage of our free shipping, it will definitely pay you in the long run since you will be paying for nothing but the products — many of our customers make it a habit of taking advantage of the free shipping.

I believe our methodology works, since we have an extremely high percentage of repeat customers, order-after-order ... and I am truly honored by your dedication. Please let us know if we can improve on anything else. And lastly, we ship from two locations, California and Tennessee, so no matter where you are in the lower 48 states, UPS shipping usually takes just 1-3 days. We also ship to Hawaii and Alaska via USPS.
