Returns must be authorized in advance. At that time, you will receive an RA Number plus shipping information.
Your return request must be dated within seven days of your order receipt. It will incur a 15% restocking fee. Shipping and handling are not refundable.
We cannot take returns on opened items.
Please note, that even though all our products are shipped directly from the GNLD warehouses, return authorization must be handled through us.
